AI Elixir - Coke, It's The Real Thing?

Coca-Cola Launches AI Generated Holiday Ads

The Coca-Cola Company

Earlier this week, Coca-Cola revealed that it had used generative AI for its holiday ad campaign.

Coca-Cola collaborated with three AI studios—Secret Level, Silverside AI, and Wild Card—to produce three variations of the commercial, which will air worldwide on TV, connected TVs, and digital platforms.

Additionally, the company introduced a new generative AI experience accessible through QR codes on Coke cans, directing consumers to interact with a virtual Santa Claus. Scanning the QR code leads to the "Create Real Magic" website, which Coca-Cola first launched last year as part of its initial major generative AI marketing initiative. While the site originally let users create holiday-themed postcards using Coca-Cola's iconic Christmas imagery, it now allows people to chat with the virtual Santa to generate more festive images to share on social media.
